Here is a check list to make sure you remember everything.

• We will be leaving for Graham at 9:30am from the Hall. Please bring children and suitcases to the hall to register at 9:00am on Wednesday morning.

• We will be leaving from Grafham at 5:00pm after a light tea, so we should arrive back at school by 6:00pm on Friday

• Children are not allowed food in their rooms, so they should not bring an food with them. We have a variety of things in the tuck box, so all children should be catered for. There will be plenty to eat at mealtimes so the evening snacks are not essential and should be viewed as a treat.

• Children can bring casual clothes for the evening, but do not need to bring party clothes.

• The parent hotline will be updated daily with how we are all doing. The number to call is 08447 707576, id number 47546

• For emergencies out of school hours the staff mobile is 078005 483351, the is strictly for emergencies only! During school hours please phone the school office who will be able to contact staff at Grafham. Please make sure any medication is fully labeled and handed to Miss Harnwell on Wednesday morning. Children with inhalers need to bring 2 named inhalers, one for activities and one to remain at the base. While we will remind children to take their inhalers, they need to be responsible for them at all times.
